Wedding Directory of Tasmania is a local masthead owned and published by Mafia Publishing (ABN 37 709 073 991), 252 Annerley Road, Dutton Park QLD 4102. It brings listings, directory entries and advertisements together in a format made for reading rather than tracking.

A Tasmania-wide wedding directory and magazine for local and visiting couples, with celebrants, photographers, venues, planners and other suppliers from Hobart to the regions.

## How listings work

Businesses can pay to place a listing. A bid helps determine where a paid listing starts, and its position gradually gives way to newer placements after its first thirty days. A business may instead ask to start with one clearly disclosed complimentary promotional month. The publisher may also include unpaid editorial and house notices, or grant a selected friend or publisher-owned business a disclosed complimentary priority placement that does not expire.

Community events can be submitted for a free placement on any masthead when the event is free to attend **or** run on a genuine not-for-profit basis. The organiser must provide a real final event date. We review the event and its eligibility before publication. An approved event owes nothing, ranks behind paid placements, keeps a useful event or organiser link, and is removed automatically after its final event date.

Paid, promotional, complimentary priority and publisher-owned listings are labelled on their own pages. A thirty-day complimentary promotion ranks behind paid placements and shows its submitted website only as plain text, without a clickable referral link. Every new commercial listing is reviewed before it is published. Approval means it meets our publishing requirements; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of the business behind it.

Every directory profile includes a direct way to ask the publisher to correct it or to establish that you represent the listed business. We welcome specific corrections, especially when contact or service-area information has changed.

## For businesses

You can add an eligible community event for free, or write a business listing, preview it against the current masthead and see what a bid would buy before proceeding. Accounts and listings are managed through [mafia.net.au](<https://mafia.net.au/>). There are no automatic renewals.
